Erica Hills is a Vice President of AltaView and is located in the firm’s New York office. Throughout her career, Erica has provided business valuation and financial advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, investment funds, and operating companies. Erica’s primary area of focus is the determination of discounts for lack of control, lack of marketability, lack of voting rights, and multiple tiers of ownership for entities that hold both traditional and non-traditional assets.
Erica's practice areas include tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, corporate and succession planning, and transaction advisory. She has valued a wide range of securities including limited partnership and limited liability company interests, common stock, preferred stock, restricted securities, and private debt. Erica’s diverse background makes her an ideal adviser for the valuation of multi-entity, tiered ownership structures and entities with unique assets.
