Anjul Gupta, CFA is a Vice President of AltaView. He has extensive experience working with a broad range of businesses ranging in size from startups to multi-billion dollar enterprises across diverse industries.

Anjul’s practice areas include tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, corporate and succession planning. Within tax planning and compliance, he has experience performing valuations for trust and estate matters including valuations of closely held businesses and illiquid securities. His financial reporting experience includes valuations conforming to ASC 350 (and IAS 36), ASC 360, ASC 805 (and IFRS 3), and ASC 820.

Prior to joining AltaView, Anjul was a Senior Consultant with Duff & Phelps where he advised Indian clients on valuations required for various tax reporting (Income Tax Act Section 9), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and financial reporting purposes (under IndAS). Prior to this position, Anjul was a Consultant with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.
