• Extensive experience in the business valuation or real estate industry or equivalent work experience 

• Bachelor’s or higher degree from a top 25 academic institution 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills 

• Relevant professional designations (CFA, ASA, MAI, etc.) 

• Passionate about finding creative and innovative ways to better serve our clients
