Matt Livingston is a Senior Vice President at AltaView and is located in the firm’s Orange County office. Matt has extensive experience in valuing interests in closely-held investment companies ranging from small family partnerships to large, professionally managed companies, as well as other traditional and non-traditional assets. Matt has a particular expertise in valuing fractional interests in real estate holding entities with complex ownership structures and non-controlling investments in private equity and hedge funds.

Matt has provided business valuation and financial advisory services to a broad range of clients for estate and gift tax purposes, income tax requirements, buy-sell agreements, and other tax, corporate and litigation-related matters. His unique background makes him an ideal advisor for valuations that will be subject to significant scrutiny.
