Mayukh Bhattacharya is a Senior Vice President of AltaView. Throughout his career, Mayukh has provided business valuation and financial advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, investment funds, and operating companies. His expertise lies in the determination of discounts for lack of control, lack of marketability, lack of voting rights, and multiple tiers of ownership for entities that hold both traditional and non-traditional assets.

Mayukh has performed valuations for many purposes including tax planning and compliance, and charitable donations. He has valued a wide range of securities including limited partnership and limited liability company interests, common stock, undivided interests, restricted securities, and promissory notes. Mayukh also has experience in impairment testing and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting purposes. In addition, Mayukh has particular expertise in the following areas:

• Privately owned companies across a wide range of industries 

• Pass-through entities (S Corp, LLC, LP)

• Discounts for lack of control and lack of marketability
