Scott Blasingame, MAI, is a Director of AltaView and is located in the firm’s San Francisco office. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with nearly a decade of experience providing real estate valuation and consulting services throughout California and the United States for a variety of purposes. Mr. Blasingame’s consulting services include tax planning and compliance, transaction due diligence, litigation support, financial analysis, and services in support of corporate turnaround and restructuring.

Mr. Blasingame has led numerous engagements pertaining to real estate projects on behalf of pension funds and their advisors, corporations, financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, and insurance companies on a variety of property types, including large ranches, manufactured home communities, hotels, life science and traditional office buildings, industrial/warehouses, special purpose properties, land of all types, and multi-family residential properties. He has provided valuation and consulting services to clients on matters including acquisitions, financing, loan review, leasing, litigation, portfolio updates, and disposition/divestments.​

Prior to Joining AltaView, Scott was a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation where he led a regional office. He also served in senior positions at Alvarez & Marsal, BDO, LLC, and Kidder Matthews.
